Use this form to enter the candidates running for office in 2019.
For sorting purposes, start with a number for each race, or the races will be listed in alphabetical order. For example, to have the Mayor race listed first, in the Race field, enter 01- Mayor.
If all districts are voting for a candidate, enter ALL as the district. Otherwise, enter the district(s) that are voting for a candidate.
After submitting all the candidates for the town, use the from below to make sure everything entered matches the ballot.
