Deep Tissue
Focuses on the deepest layers of muscle tissue; this treatment provides deep and slow techniques used to ease tension in muscles and alleviates soreness.
Swedish
Improves circulation and relieves muscle tension using light to moderate pressure with long relaxing stokes and kneading techniques.
Aromatherapy
Get the same benefits as our Swedish massage. Choose from or unique blend of tropical and essential oils to help relax and de-stress you.
Shiatsu
This massage is performed with long and deep strokes using thumbs, hands and forearms to relieve stress and strain from the body; leaves you with a feeling of well-being and renewed energy.
Pre & Post Natal Massage
A light massage which relieves lower back pain and water retention; increases circulation and help to provide relief from tension. Please consult our physician before treatment.
Lava Stone
Heat and energy from hot lava stones are placed along the body's meridian point and are used throughout the massage to knead and soothe sore, fatigued muscles.
