Submit the scores in the form below
Choose the name of the school from the dropdown and then enter the score.
Once both schools and scores have been entered, and the quater they are in, submit the entry to the database.
Scores can be updated by clicking the edit link, which will make all the fields editable. Once the changes have been made, save the entry and the database will be updated.
If you need to delete an entry, click the delete button.
