Dear Business Leader,

Giving back. Philanthropy. Supporting a cause. I know that it’s as important to you as it is to me. And, to celebrate the tradition of philanthropy in our community, Hearst Media Services Connecticut is publishing a special section this May in each of our four daily newspapers to highlight this giving spirit.

GREATER FAIRFIELD COUNTY GIVES will be devoted to philanthropic giving in a region with both world-class wealth and abject need. It will feature the stories of generous individuals and corporations that provide the neediest among us with food, shelter, clothing, health care, education and cultural enrichment. It will also include tips on how to choose a reputable charity, a list of volunteer opportunities, and special dates on the calendar associated with charitable giving.

WHAT THIS MEANS TO YOU: When businesses or individuals buy an ad in this special section, an equal amount of advertising is donated to the charity or non-profit of their choice.

As part of the Sunday, May 20th Connecticut Post, Greenwich Time, The News-Times of Danbury and The Advocate of Stamford, your message, and that of your favorite cause, will reach more than 290,000 adults in greater Fairfield County.

I am eagerly anticipating this new project, which will put a spotlight on the good works of our region Your involvement in making GREATER FAIRFIELD COUNTY GIVES a success is just another way to give back to the community. Join me in the spirit of giving and be a part of this unique opportunity.

I am truly inspired by the good works that you do for our community. If I can answer any questions, please contact me.  Or if you’re ready to share your advertising opportunity with a non-profit, please feel free to contact Kevin Hall at 203-330-6301.

Sincerely yours,
