The recognition attests to Connolly’s Employer of Choice status, which is reflected in the company’s ability to attract and retain the best workers in the industry. This is due to the company’s challenging and rewarding work environment and competitive compensation and benefits programs. The actual ranking among the top 25 awardees will be revealed at an awards ceremony to be held in Hartford, CT on March 24. Last year, Connolly ranked 16th overall statewide.
